This personalized kids’ activity playmat features our Classic Birthday design with birthday-inspired graphics, coloring, and kid-friendly activities.
Your selected design is personalized with:
- Child’s name
- Birthday age
- Child’s photo
- Your selected quantity of playmats
The birthday graphics, activities, fonts, colors, and overall layout are premade and will remain as shown in the product photos.
Crayons
Crayons are NOT included in the base price.
Crayons are available as an optional add-on for $0.60 per playmat. Select the crayon option when placing your order if you would like crayons included.
Personalization
Enter the child’s name and birthday age exactly as you would like them to appear, then upload one clear photo of the child.
For the best finished result, choose a clear, front-facing photo with the child’s full face visible and good lighting. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily filtered, cropped, or group photos.
Ready-to-Personalize Design — No Proof or Approval
No digital proof or design approval is provided for this product.
Your child’s name, age, and photo will be added to the existing Birthday design shown in the product photos.
By completing your purchase, you are approving the premade design and overall layout as shown. Please carefully review the name, age, and uploaded photo before submitting your order.
Changes to the theme, graphics, activities, fonts, colors, or overall layout are not included with this ready-to-personalize product.

Large Orders (Wholesale, Party Bundles, etc.):
For large orders, please allow 5–12 business days for all items to be handmade and shipped.
Although most large orders are completed within 7 days, we provide a 5–12 day window just in case.
Estimated Shipment Time:
Please be aware that UPS and USPS may occasionally experience delays in delivering packages, even for First Class and Priority shipping.
While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is shipped.
Shipping times can vary, and postal service delays are beyond our control once the package is in transit.

- Canada packages: 10–15 business days
