Realtor Display Ideas: A Clear Open-House Tabletop Setup

A useful realtor display gives visitors a clear next step. Plan the message, contact details and business-card access before adding decorative details.

Give each display one main job

Choose whether the sign introduces the agent, shares contact information or sends visitors to a property resource. Combining every message into one small sign can make all of them harder to read. Keep the agent or business name prominent, then add a short invitation such as “Let’s find your home” and the contact method you want visitors to use.

Measure the table and the sign together

A house-shaped acrylic display needs room for both the cutout and its base. Measure the table area after accounting for brochures, refreshments and other materials. Make a paper mockup at the intended width and height to check the scale. Review the product listing for available dimensions and shape options rather than judging size from a styled photograph.

Make the card holder an intentional add-on

A business-card holder is useful when visitors should be able to take contact information with them. Choose the holder upgrade only when you want it included, and confirm its style and card fit in the listing or inquiry. Leave enough space to pick up a card comfortably. A key-shaped acrylic detail can coordinate with a house-shaped sign, but the holder must still support the actual cards you use.

Use a QR link for a specific destination

If you add a QR code, decide what it should open: your contact page, an appointment page or a property resource you control. Use a clear call to action next to it. Test the destination before submitting artwork and again on the finished display. If a product mockup intentionally blurs its QR code, provide the real destination or usable artwork separately for production.

Prepare the information before ordering

Send your business or agent name, approved logo, final phone or website details, preferred colors, dimensions and card-holder choice. Include an inspiration image to explain layout preferences, but distinguish those references from the final wording and artwork. Avoid date-sensitive property details unless you intend to replace the display when they change.

Browse business information and menu displays and acrylic QR code signs, or describe your realtor display project.
