Made in acrylic, these personalized cupcake toppers add a custom decorative detail to your dessert display. Upload a finished design or select custom design service and share your ideas. For photo designs, supply a clear, high-quality image.

Printing & Design Upgrades

Single-sided: Included in the base price.
Double-sided: Add $0.50 per topper to print both sides.
I have my own design: Upload finished artwork; no design charge.
I need a custom design: Add $10 per selected pack. This is a flat design charge per pack, not per topper.

For double-sided toppers, specify whether to repeat the front design or provide different wording or artwork for the back. Additional separate custom designs may require a quote.

The displayed price is for one complete pack with the selected options. Per-item upgrades apply to every item in that pack. Cart quantity 1 orders one pack; cart quantity 2 orders two packs.

Personalization & Design Review

Provide your theme, exact name or wording, age if applicable, and design preferences. Upload clear artwork or inspiration as needed. For custom designs, a digital mockup is provided for review before production. Check spelling, names, ages and wording carefully before approval. Specific sizes, multiple different designs or special requests not offered in the selections require confirmation before ordering.

Cupcakes and other display decorations are not included.

Acrylic Backing Colors

Clear acrylic is the standard backing for printed images. Clear and our standard solid colors are included. Select Standard solid color and provide your preferred color in the customization fields; shade availability is confirmed with your design. All-over custom hex backing adds $0.15 per topper. Provide the exact hex code, such as #FFC7DF. Custom hex refers to the backing color; your image and lettering colors are separate design details. Printed color appearance can vary slightly from screen colors.

One-Sided Mirror Acrylic

Choose Gold Mirror, Silver Mirror, Pink Mirror, Copper Mirror, Bronze Mirror or Rose Gold Mirror for an additional $0.15 per topper. Mirror acrylic is reflective on one side only; the reverse is not mirrored. Mirror options are offered with single-sided printing. The mirror upgrade applies to every piece in the selected pack. Shape choices have no additional charge.

Choose Your Cupcake Topper Shape

Circle, heart, photo/design outline, cutout lettering and custom logo shapes are included at no extra charge. Provide your preferred shape with your customization details. All toppers include an integrated stick. Cutout lettering must be connected and sturdy enough to cut; tiny disconnected details may need design adjustments.

Personalization Details

Upload your image, logo or finished artwork and provide exact wording, preferred solid acrylic color or custom hex code, lettering colors and desired size. Specify any text to print inside the topper design. Acrylic color upgrades are charged per piece. Shape choices are included at no extra charge. The custom design service remains $10 per selected pack. Cart quantity 1 orders one complete selected pack.

Every item from The Crafting Lair is made, personalized, and/or finished individually. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur from one item to another. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Colors may vary slightly due to materials, availability, lighting, photography, and differences between device screens. Natural materials such as wood may also vary in grain, color, texture, knots, and markings.

For personalized items, please double-check all names, dates, spelling, colors, and other information provided when ordering. Your item will be created using the personalization submitted with your order.

Product photos are examples of our work. Placement, sizing, spacing, and other small design details may be adjusted as needed to create the best finished product.

Please note: Handmade and personalized items are not expected to be completely identical to product photos or to one another. Minor variations are not considered defects.
