Digital Items:
Digital items are instantly sent via email (if not provided on the order page) after payment is processed. There are NO returns on digital products.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped. While most orders are shipped within 3 days, we provide a 3–5 day range to account for any unforeseen delays.

Large Orders (Wholesale, Party Bundles, etc.):
For large orders, please allow 5–12 business days for all items to be handmade and shipped. Although most large orders are completed within 7 days, we provide a 5–12 day window just in case.

Estimated Shipment Time:
Please be aware that UPS and USPS may occasionally experience delays in delivering packages, even for First Class and Priority shipping. While we strive to dispatch your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once the package is shipped.

Shipping times can vary, and postal service delays are beyond our control once the package is in transit.

  • USA packages: 2–12 business days
  • Canada packages: 10–15 business days
  • International packages: 2–4+ weeks (depending on postal carrier and customs). Customers are responsible for any potential import taxes.
